Who we are
I’m Ted Lango, a shareholder at 2065 NE 56th Street, Unit 206, which I own with my wife Nora. I set up this site so that shareholders could put their concerns to the Board together, in writing and on the record.
I was a candidate in the March 2026 board election. On October 20, 2026, I withdrew. I’m not seeking a seat on the Board. I want the Board in place to answer these questions and act on them.
This site is independent. It is not run by, approved by, or speaking for Carlton Terrace Corporation or its Board of Directors. For association business, including maintenance payments, use the association’s own channels.

What we collect, and who sees it

We don’t sell or share your information with anyone else, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw your signature using the link in your confirmation email, or by emailing tedlango@gmail.com before the letter is mailed. To have a story or photos deleted, email the same address.
